Carleton University leads partnership with University of Ottawa, Algonquin College and La Cité Collégiale to support students with disabilities in employment readiness

The David C. Onley Initiative for Employment and Enterprise Development aims to develop knowledge, resources, and tools to help students with disabilities in their career aspirations. The Initiative builds on previous projects at Carleton University to conduct applied research to develop supports for postsecondary students with disabilities.

The program includes strategies to connect students with disabilities to employers, research to define best practices for professional development of students with disabilities, and knowledge transfer to employers and postsecondary institutions across Ontario.
